Vermont’s transitional housing program is coming to an end in March 2023. @capstonecommunityaction is one of many organizations coming together for Homelessness Days of Action to support the unhoused. Capstone’s Housing Program Manager Ramsey Papp is participating in these events, and every day in her work to help central Vermonters find shelter whether it’s in their own homes or alternative housing.
