LOCATION OF EVENT(S): Private Residence on Cedar Hill Lane in Montpelier

ASSISTING AGENCIES: N/A

At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department responded to a report of an individual that had assaulted their roommate and cause a disturbance outside the residence. In addition, they kicked an MPD officer while being taken into custody.

Our investigation revealed probable cause that a 41-year-old female from Montpelier had committed the crime(s) of domestic assault, disorderly conduct, and assault on a law enforcement officer and was arrested.
