At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department responded to a report of an individual refusing to leave a store and causing a disturbance. They had purchased an alcoholic beverage and were consuming it within the store. They were determined to have court ordered conditions of release prohibiting the purchase, possession, or consumption of alcohol.
Our investigation revealed probable cause that the operator, a 32-year-old female from Montpelier, had committed the crime(s) of violation of conditions of release and was arrested.
