TYPE OF EVENT(S): Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct (2 Counts), Violation of Conditions of Release (3 Counts)
LOCATION OF EVENT(S): Transit Center on Taylor Street in Montpelier
INVESTIGATING OFFICER(S): Officer Michael Goslin, Officer Hunter Lane, Corporal Samuel Lambert, Sergeant Christopher Quesnel

At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department officer responded to a report of a physical altercation ongoing involving multiple parties. It was determined an intoxicated party had assaulted another individual and generally behaved in a violent and tumultuous manner. They were found to have multiple sets of court ordered conditions of release prohibiting the consumption of alcohol and displaying violent, tumultuous, and threatening behavior.
Our investigation revealed probable cause that a 32-year-old female from St. Johnsbury had committed the crime(s) of simple assault, disorderly conduct (2 counts), and violation of conditions of release (3 counts) and was arrested.
