At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department responded to a report of a physical altercation occurring in the common area of a transitional housing facility between two residents. It was determined one party assaulted the other and had court ordered conditions of release prohibiting them from engaging in threatening or violent behavior.
Our investigation revealed probable cause that a 58-year-old female from Montpelier had committed the crime(s) of domestic assault and violation of conditions of release and was arrested.
