LOCATION OF EVENT(S): Information Booth on State Street in Montpelier

At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department responded to a report of an altercation occurring at an information booth located on State Street. It was determined one party had damaged a window in the structure.
Our investigation revealed probable cause that a 29-year-old female from Montpelier had committed the crime(s) of unlawful mischief and was arrested.
