At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department received a report of an intoxicated male who was attempting to enter a residence without permission. They caused damage to an exterior door and window in the process.
Our investigation revealed probable cause that a 47-year-old male from Montpelier had committed the crime(s) of unlawful trespass and unlawful mischief and was arrested.
