For those two months we answered 3,495 calls. Over 96% of those calls were answered in under 10 seconds.
As a reminder - if you call 911 accidentally, stay on the line so we can confirm everything is ok. If you don't, and don't answer when we call you back, we have to send an officer to your location to check on you.
