Handmade Charcuterie from the Vermont Countryside

For New Member Monday, please join me in welcoming Vermont Salumi to the Chamber!

Vermont Salumi started in 2011 with 300 square feet of space.

In 2019, the current 9,000 square foot location was renovated to hold Vermont Salumi’s meat curing, AR Market and Pearl Street Pizza.

Our building was Homer Fitts’ Store for nearly 120 years until it closed in 2006.
