LOCATION OF EVENT(S): Private Residence on Elm Street in Montpelier

At the above date and time, the Montpelier Police Department responded to a physical altercation between family members that occurred outside and within the residence. It was determined one family member had assaulted the other and displayed extreme violent and tumultuous behavior in public.
Our investigation revealed probable cause that a 39-year-old male from Montpelier had committed the crime(s) of domestic assault and aggravated disorderly conduct and was arrested.
