The Family Center of Washington County is dedicated to serving our community! If you viewed virtual playgroups this winter then this survey is for you! Attended an in-person playgroup this spring and forgot to fill out the survey? You can do it now! Did you receive concrete supports such as food, diapers, or other help this winter? Access Child Care Financial Assistance? This survey is for you too! We encourage you to please take a moment to fill out this survey by using the QR code below. We would appreciate feedback by June 30th.
