4-PERSON TEAM ENTRY FEE is only $460; includes 18 holes, 2 carts, registration gifts, and an awards banquet, with NET & GROSS prizes. Limited to the first 25 teams. Each team selects a Captain for communication with the Chamber in preparation for the event. Team Captian should register team. Individuals are able to register. Cost is $115 per person and individual golfers will be assigned to a team.
Refunds, less $40 processing fee, will be made for cancellations made prior to May 6th. Sorry, but we’re unable to refund fees on or after May 6th.
