Stowe ranked 104th in Vermont for resident earnings in 2018

Stowe ranked 104th among cities in Vermont by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Stowe residents was $19,575 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 233 households with a population of 282.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Newfane with $52,955 per year after adjusting for inflation – $33,380 more than Stowe. It had 65 households with a population of 134.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Castleton with $6,117 per year after adjusting for inflation – $13,458 less than Stowe. It had 330 households with a population of 1,327.
