Cost of college went up for all students at Goddard College

Tuition and fees rose 2 percent for 2018-19 at Goddard College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Vermont students paid $16,586 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $326 more than the $16,260 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 4 students received grants or scholarships totaling $23,710 and 3 students took out student loans totaling more than $23,588.

Including all undergraduates (448), 151 students used grants or scholarships totaling $838,213, and 128 students took out $1.2 million in federal student loans.
