On Wednesday, April 9, former Montpelier High School standout Nate Groff’s current college team, the Beloit Buccaneers, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Rockford Regents.
The game took place at The Ballpark at Strong Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Regents this season.
The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Francis Field against Ripon Red Hawks.
