On Saturday, March 22, former Montpelier High School standout Nate Groff’s current college team, the Beloit Buccaneers, won 13-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Carroll Pioneers.

The game took place at The Ballpark at Strong Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at RU Campus Baseball Field against Rockford Regents.
