Lamoille County Communication Stats – June 2022

The 911 Center at Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department answered 2,118  911 calls for the month of June.  July stats coming soon.

Of those calls:

1032 were calls for service in areas we dispatch for.

1086 were calls answered for other areas throughout the state.

That 2,118 total does NOT include any calls to our office lines, which on a typical day can be in the 100s.

As always, use 911 for life or death emergencies and call your local departments landline for all other needs.  If you happen to call 911 accidentally, please stay on the line and let the call taker confirm you’re ok.  Otherwise, we have to try to call you back and if you don’t answer we need to send officers to your location.
