At the above date and time, a Montpelier Police Department officer conducted a motor vehicle stop. The operator was observed to be impaired by alcohol and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. 

Our investigation revealed probable cause that the operator, a 34-year-old male from Marshfield, had committed the crime(s) of driving under the influence (alcohol).
