The Lamoille County Sheriff's Department welcomes our newest Deputy, Etty Buana, to the Department. Etty is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and has been in Vermont for 8 years now. Deputy Buana worked as a Community Skills coach for Centerpoint School prior to joining us. In his free time he enjoys boxing, soccer, basketball, riding his motorcycle and cooking. Deputy Buana graduated from the Vermont Police Academy last Friday and began his FTO with us this past Wednesday.
